Terms of Sale & Use

These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Lucr. Last updated: 28 October 2026.

Who you are buying from

LUCR is a trading name of Rahul Raj Agarwal, sole proprietor, Vashi, Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400709, India. Founded January 2026. Contact: hello@mylucr.com, +91 88798 56018. See also Seller & Grievance Officer.

Our pieces

Lucr sells hand-made Kashmir pashmina and garments. Some pieces are one-of-one, some come in colour options, and some are made to order, including pashmina shirts, T-shirts, kurtas and bespoke commissions. Handmade cloth carries small natural variations in weave and tone; these are signs of the craft, not faults. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the piece in daylight.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm it. Because some pieces are one-of-one, we may occasionally be unable to supply a piece that was ordered at the same moment as another. If we have to cancel an order for that or any other reason before it ships, such as a listing or pricing error or suspected fraud, we refund what you paid in full.

Prices, currency and payment

Checkout runs on Shopify. Payments are charged in Indian rupees (INR). If you are shopping from another country you may see an estimate in your local currency; this is for guidance only, and your card or bank converts the INR amount at its own rate and may add its own fees. Prices may change at any time, but a confirmed order is honoured at the price you paid.

Delivery, duties and taxes

We ship worldwide. International orders may attract import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. The price shown before you pay says whether duties are included. Where they are not, they are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping for detail.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our full policy is on the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page. In short: made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned except for a defect or a wrong item; ready pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces

Made-to-order pieces are cut, woven or stitched for you from your confirmed size and specification. Please check measurements and details carefully before confirming, because work begins once they are confirmed. Making times are indicative.

Authenticity and our promise

We stand behind each piece matching the fibre, technique and description on its product page. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be limited, including under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and, where they apply to you, the consumer laws of your own country.

Intellectual property

The photography, text, designs and brand marks on this site belong to Lucr and may not be copied, resold or presented as your own without our written permission.

Using the site

Please use the site honestly and lawfully. Do not misstate who you are, try to interfere with how the site works, or use it to collect other people's information.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with a piece or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for that piece, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something reasonably beyond our control, such as a supply disruption, a customs closure, severe weather or a carrier failure. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can if it affects your order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are to be resolved in India, starting with our Grievance Officer. This never removes a mandatory consumer-protection right your own country's law gives you.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. An updated version does not change an order you have already placed.
