Working with us
Do you sell to designers and brands?
Yes: yardage, private label and design collaborations. See For Designers & Brands, and The Sourcing Dossier for technical detail.
Who do you typically work with?
Independent designers building a capsule, boutiques stocking pashmina for the first time, and houses sourcing yardage or finished pieces.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Typically from 30 metres per colourway for yardage and 12 pieces per style for private label. Samples start at one piece.
Do you offer private or white label?
Yes. Pieces can ship unbranded or under your label, agreed at the design call.
Do you work with small boutiques?
Yes. Minimums flex by technique, so a first boutique order is quoted on its own terms.
Do you do corporate gifting?
Yes: volume orders with personalised cards and branded packaging.
Production, samples & lead times
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Samples are made to your spec at cost and credited against a confirmed production order.
What are typical lead times?
Yardage 4 to 6 weeks per lot; private label 6 to 10 weeks, depending on technique. We confirm against your brief.
How many revision rounds are included?
Two, on colour, density and construction, before final sign-off.
Can you match a colour or pattern?
Usually. Send a physical swatch or reference and we'll say what is achievable in natural fibre.
Is trade quality the same as retail?
Yes. Same ateliers, fibre grades and standards; only price and lead time change with volume.
Terms, documentation & compliance
Do you offer payment terms?
For established accounts with trading history, yes, set individually.
What documents ship with trade orders?
Certificate of authenticity, fibre-content statement, lot grading and colourfastness reports, GI Authorised User details, commercial invoice and packing list.
Will your labels meet US and EU rules?
Yes. Fibre content is stated as the law requires (for example "100% Cashmere"), with country of origin and care symbols. Labels follow the US Textile and Wool Acts and EU Regulation 1007/2011; we work with your compliance team on the final wording.
Do you support EU product-safety requirements?
Yes. We provide the manufacturer details and product information your EU responsible person needs under the General Product Safety Regulation.
Who handles export and customs?
We ship with full export paperwork from India. Import clearance, duties and any import licences in your country sit with you or your forwarder unless agreed otherwise.
Can I resell under my own name?
Under a private-label agreement, yes. Otherwise please don't present the work as your own house's.
What margins can a retailer expect?
It depends on volume, technique mix and label; we cover it on the design call.
