For Designers & Brands, a partnership, not a vendor relationship

Your next collection. Made the way ours is.

We work with a small number of designers and houses each season, as raw handwoven yardage, finished private-label pieces, or full collaborations. Same ateliers as our own line. Same standard. Timelines we quote honestly, from the first call.

Why houses partner with us

The choice house for pashmina, at trade scale

One standard, whether a piece goes home with one person or into your next collection: the same ateliers, the same hand-spun fibre, the same honesty about what a technique costs and how long it actually takes. That's what you're buying when you work with us, not a one-off order, but a supplier who plans to still be answering the phone in five years.

A finished Lucr pashmina worn outdoors, the kind of piece our trade partners put their own label on.

Capabilities

What partnership looks like

Undyed pashmina yarn, the raw material of yardage orders.

Raw & finished yardage

Hand-spun, handwoven pashmina, pashmina-silk, or kani yardage, by the metre, undyed, or dyed to your pantone. Nothing pre-decided for you.

Private label

Finished shawls, stoles, and ready-to-wear, produced to your spec and shipped under your label. Our name stays off it, which is the point.

Design collaboration

Bring a sketch, a mood board, one reference image, our design team scopes technique, timeline, and cost with you before either of us commits to anything.

Flexible MOQ

Sample runs from a single piece for development. Clear pricing steps as volume grows, no surprise tier you find out about later.

Traceable sourcing

Every order can carry documentation on fibre origin and the artisans who made it, increasingly something your own customers ask for, whether or not you ask us first.

Realistic timelines

We quote honest lead times. A plain stole and a fully embroidered suit are not the same calendar, and we won't pretend they are to close the order.

Numbers, not vague reassurance

Typical figures. A real minimum and lead time are agreed on your enquiry call and depend on technique, embroidery density, and current atelier capacity, we'd rather quote you a number we can hold to than a round figure that sounds good upfront.

Once you're a partner

How we support you

A dedicated point of contact

One person owns your account from first sample to reorder, not a rotating queue. They know your spec history. You won't have to repeat it.

A sample process before commitment

Every new development runs a physical sample first, at your cost, credited back against a confirmed production order. You hold the cloth before you commit to volume, not after.

Included revision rounds

Two rounds of revision are built into every sample cycle, colour, density, construction, before we ask you to sign off on anything final.

Documentation with every shipment

Every order ships with a certificate of authenticity, a fibre-content statement, and, where the artisan has agreed to be named, an atelier attribution sheet, ready to pass straight to your own customers.

From first enquiry to reorder

How partnership works

1

Enquiry & scope call

Tell us category, rough volume, and timeline through the quote form or a call with our design team, we respond within three business days with real questions, not a form letter.

1–2 days

2

Physical sample

We produce a real swatch or sample piece to your spec, at cost, credited back against a confirmed production order. You hold the actual cloth before committing to volume.

2–3 weeks

3

Revision

Two rounds of revision, colour, density, construction, are built into every sample cycle before we ask you to sign off on anything final.

1–2 weeks per round

4

Production

Your order moves to the atelier once the spec is signed off. We quote the real calendar for the technique involved rather than a number chosen to close the order.

4–10 weeks, technique-dependent

5

Delivery & reorder

Every shipment ships with its certificate of authenticity and fibre documentation. A reorder against an already-approved spec skips sampling entirely, so it moves on production time alone.

Reorders: production lead time only
