You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched, and the estimate shown at checkout is the one to rely on.

Import duties and taxes

Parcels crossing a border may attract customs duty, import VAT or similar charges, set by the destination country. Unless we say otherwise at checkout, our shipments are sent delivery duties unpaid: the customer is responsible for these charges, which the carrier or customs authority will ask for on or before delivery. Returns and exchanges

We want you to be sure of your choice. If a piece is not right, please write to us before sending anything back, and we will talk it through. A piece that arrives damaged or not as described will be put right. The exact terms are confirmed when you order.
